The leadership of our firm possesses over 70 combined years of Recruiting and Human Resources Management

·      Jeff Snyder completed a BBA in Marketing from the University of Kentucky in 1988, began his recruiting career in 1990, founded his own search firm in 1994 and successfully executed his first Information Security recruiting assignment in 1995.  Jeff has been honored as the national record producing recruiter for a nationwide executive recruiting network.  Jeff has also received extensive advanced training in Profiles International’s assessment technology.

 ·    Fred Lloyd offers over 25 years of Executive Search experience serving clients on a national basis. Fred has served on the board of directors and as President of the Mid-American Association of Personnel and Staffing Services for over 10 years.  Fred’s background includes general IT recruiting and specialization in Information Security recruiting.

 ·   Maureen Massetti contributes over 10 years of technical recruiting experience. Maureen has worked as a Fortune 500 Corporate Recruiter and as an Independent Recruiter focused in the Information Technology and Information Security arenas.

  ·   Dale Bynum serves on the board of advisors to Human Capital Solutions.Dale worked for over 35 years with SBC and has over 25 years of experience in their human resources organization.  Dale’s expertise includes employee benefits, employee staffing, and labor relations and collective bargaining.  Moreover, Dale has experience in the development of methods and procedures used for recruiting, testing and assessments used for the hiring of candidates and placement of employees.
